authority (n.)
The permissions given to someone to make decisions, carry out responsibilities, and enlist the cooperation of others. (Stogdill, 1950)

drama quotient (n.)
The amount of drama one can withstand in a relationship. Drama is measured on a scale from 1 to 10. 1 = no drama and 10 = physical abuse

bojangled (vrb.)
Reference taken from the tap dancing legend Bill ‘Bojangles’ Robinson, refers to getting jumped or beat-down, by way of stomping and kicking, by a group of people

Chronicles of a Nappy Headed Boy (n.)
A series of short stories of my childhood that reflect life lessons I learned as a little nappy headed boy

group (n.)
A group is the combination of: 1) two or more people 2) that perceive there is unity among them, and 3) are acting in a unified way toward society (Stogdill, 1950)

leader (n.) 
A leader is the person in the organization who’s providing leadership

leadership (n.)
The process of influencing the movement of a group towards a particular outcome (Stogdill, 1950)

organization (n.)
A combination of: 1) A Group 2) created for a purpose or to accomplish a common goal, 3) and persons within the group have different roles and responsibilities that lead towards accomplishing that purpose or common goal (Stogdill, 1950)

relational-organization (n.)
Any dating, engaged, or marital relationship that is structured like an organization. That is, the relationship has a purpose or a common goal they’re trying to accomplish, and there’s a division of roles and responsibilities that lead towards accomplishing that purpose or common goal.
